Veeram titled ‘Veerudokkade’ in Telugu

Ajith’s Veeram is all set to hit the screens on January 10th in Tamil Nadu. The film is being directed by Souryam, Daruvu fame Siva and has Tamannah as the female lead. G.Srinu Babu (Chandee Producer) had bagged the Telugu rights of the movie and is dubbing it under the title ‘Veerudokkade’. However, due to the heavy rush at AP box office during Sankranthi, the movie will not have simultaneous release in the season.

Currently, the dubbing works of the movie have started. Ajith’s last outing in Telugu, Aata Aarrambham became a profitable venture to every one involved in the trade. The makers of Veerudokkade are hoping that the same feat is repeated once again!

AJITH TO CELEBRATE DAUGHTER’S BIRTHDAY ON CRUISE – TIMES OF INDIA DATED DEC 30,2013

After wrapping up work on his Veeram, Ajith has taken off to Australia with his family — wife Shalini, daughter Anoushka, Shamili and Richard. We hear that he will also go on a cruise in the island continent and ring in his daughter’s birthday on the cruise.

A source close to the actor tells us, “Ajith saw the final version of his film before he left a few days ago. He personally met the producer and the director, and thanked them for the opportunity, and also called up all the technicicans to wish them. After Christmas, he took off to Australia, and joined a cruise, that will go from Sydney to Wellington. It’s a family vacation of sorts, with Shalini’s siblings, Shamili and Richard, also joining them. They will be celebrating the New Year and Anoushka’s birthday on the cruise, and return on January 9, a day before the film’s release.”
